Serialism Records kicks off the new year by welcoming back Italo-Australian artist August Artier after his 'Shadows' EP in 2021. With releases on labels like RAWAX and 20/20 Vision, the Barcelona-based artist is now dropping the entitled 'Lo-Fi Stories' EP, which also features two remixes by Cali Lanauze and Carlo Gambino

The three originals perfectly represent the current artist's sonorities, as he elegantly blends elements of house, techno, and breakbeat with a pinch of minimal flavour. Some ethnic vocals, rolling percussive loops, and mysterious, evanescent synths will guide you throughout a journey, whether it will be on the dancefloor or not.

To make this extra special, Italian UK export Carlo Gambino (Real Tone, Snatch!) joins our family for the first time, providing his unique old-school, deep house touch to the second original. Rolling off the package, label regular and Opulence boss Cali Lanauze brings his warm, Caribbean vibes to 'Lo-Fi Stories 03' for an intriguing and catchy groovy remix.
